• The boxes will fit through most standard-size letterboxes, and your treats are packaged carefully to make sure they travel safely.
• Every item is made and decorated by hand, so there may be some slight variations in the design.
• Letterbox treats can be sent either directly to you or the recipient. When you place your order, just specify the address that you’d like them to be sent to.
•Each product is individually wrapped in cellophane bags and the box is wrapped in bubble wrap.
•We cannot control the handling of parcels by the courier so there is a possibility that products can be damaged during transit, however, this is rare.
